One of the lovely couples we met this year, Alexander and Katerina were on their holidays at one of the boutique hotels in Cha-am, SO Sofitel Hua Hin, and contacted us for a couple portrait session.
It was a hot and humid day, but the couple didn't mind the weather even though they just came straight from Europe, where the weather was much cooler than here. We asked the couple to prepare a few of outfits for the variety of shots.
The hotel has a few interesting and beautiful backgrounds so we used those as the advantage, especially the scene by the hotel's pool. Even though the hotel has a beachfront, but it was during the high tides, so there wasn't much of the beach area to walk around for photograph. Instead of having shots of the couple standing on the beach as we normally do, we put the couple as close as possible to the stone wall of the beach front. Since we were on the higher ground, we got the ocean as the background for the photos as Alexander and Katerina requested. The couple were quite happy with our work at the end.
